Building Inspections

Building Inspections

Modern problems require modern solutions. Building inspections are nothing new, but there is a dizzying array of modern tools and techniques that can be used to conduct inspections quicker and  at a lower price, without sacrificing on quality.

The Complete Picture

01.

Drones are an excellent way of getting a complete birds-eye view of a property. However, this is far from the only angle that a drone can capture. Drones are relatively small and highly manoeuvrable, meaning that you have the ability to access areas that would normally require scaffolding or ladders.

I have experience at photographing residential, commercial, and industrial properties, capture the property from every angle – quite literally!

Reduce your costs

02.

Conducting building inspections can be expensive. In many cases, large costs are incurred simply because it takes so long to conduct a full inspection of a sizeable property. Depending on the nature of the property, a building inspection can sometimes require quite a bit of preparatory work. If you are dealing with a very old site, for example, then you might need to put some safety measures in place before people can safely conduct a full inspection.

By utilising drones, we are able to sidestep many of these issues. A drone can be piloted remotely and used to take a peek at areas that are difficult to access easily. Regardless of the complexity of the site in question, using drones is almost certain to keep your costs down and make building inspections much more cost-effective for you.
